Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half evenly with the cheese mixture using a spoon or small scoop.
