A quick and refreshing frozen peach slushie topped with a bubbly prosecco float, perfect for summer gatherings and easy to make in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (300g) unsweetened frozen peach slices
  • 1 bottle (750ml) chilled dry prosecco
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons (15-30ml) honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) cold water
  • 1 cup (120g) ice cubes
  • Optional garnishes: fresh peach slices, mint leaves
  • Optional: splash of peach schnapps for boozier version

Instructions

  1. Measure out 2 cups (300g) of frozen peach slices; no need to thaw.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen peaches, 1/4 cup (60ml) cold water, 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup, and 1 cup (120g) ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth but still thick and slushy. Adjust water or ice cubes to desired consistency.
  4. Taste and add extra honey/agave syrup if needed, then blend briefly again.
  5. Divide the peach slush evenly into serving glasses, filling about three-quarters full.
  6. Slowly pour chilled prosecco (about 1/4 cup or 60ml per glass) over the slushie to create a bubbly float.
  7. Garnish with fresh peach slices or mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen peaches for best icy texture; fresh peaches require extra ice. Pour prosecco slowly over the back of a spoon or glass rim to preserve bubbles. Chill glasses beforehand for extra cold serving. Store peach slush base in freezer up to 2 days; add prosecco fresh when serving. Avoid blending prosecco with peaches to keep fizz.
