  • Β½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. Slice all vegetables into very thin rounds, about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick, using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Lay the veggie slices on clean kitchen towels or paper towels and gently pat them dry.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss the veggie slices with olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the slices out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets, ensuring they do not overlap.
