A quick and easy cheesy party snack combining sweet pineapple, smoky ham, and bubbly mozzarella for a crowd-pleasing dip perfect for gatherings and game days.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim recommended)
  • 1 cup diced smoked ham
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well.
  4. Fold in 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, diced smoked ham, and pineapple chunks gently to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish, smoothing the top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.
  9. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use dairy-free cream cheese and mayo for a vegan-friendly version. Drain pineapple well to avoid watery dip. Cover with foil if cheese browns too fast. Let dip rest before serving for easier scooping.
