- Optional: 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies (about 20g)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons tiny chocolate chips or mini M&Ms (about 20g)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set out all toppings for quick access.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy. Alternatively, melt in a double boiler over simmering water.
- Pour mini marshmallows into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle melted chocolate over the marshmallows and gently fold with a spatula until all are coated.
- Immediately sprinkle edible glitter, sanding sugar, and holiday sprinkles over the coated marshmallows. Toss gently to distribute. Add crushed peppermint or chocolate chips if desired.
- Transfer coated marshmallows to the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer. Let sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
