  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes or shaved Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cool water, pat dry, trim stems, and slice each sprout in half lengthwise.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  4. Add halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the sprouts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cut side down.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes or shaved Parmesan for extra flavor.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
