Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a rimmed 9×13 inch baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  3. Season the wings generously with salt and pepper and toss in a large bowl to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, making sure they don’t touch.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is deep golden brown and crisp. Rotate the pan if needed for even browning.
  6. While wings bake, prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce by melting the butter in a medium bowl. Stir in minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and a pinch of black pepper.
  7. Once wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and immediately pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over. Toss gently but thoroughly to coat each wing.
