Creamy Tahini Ranch Dressing

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add tahini, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Peel and mince the garlic, then add it to the bowl.
  3. Whisk the mixture until smoothβ€”it’ll be thick at first, but keep going!
  4. Gradually add water, whisking continuously, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  5. Stir in dried dill, chopped fresh parsley, and chopped fresh chives.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  7. Give it one final whisk to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  8. Transfer the dressing to a jar with a lid and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
