  • 14 ounces (396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • Optional: crushed pecans or sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add pure pumpkin puree to the melted mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Sprinkle in pumpkin spice and salt, and continue to stir until the spices are evenly distributed.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle crushed pecans or a pinch of sea salt on top for extra texture and flavor.
  8. Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then transfer the pan to the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2-3 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  9. Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into bite-sized squares with a sharp knife.
