A velvety smooth peanut butter filling, buttery graham cracker crust, and fluffy whipped cream come together to create a dessert that’s pure bliss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press it firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip, as it can turn grainy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Be sure to use a light hand to keep the filling airy and smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Spread the whipped cream on top of the filling. Use the back of a spoon to create soft swirls for a pretty finish.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings over the whipped cream for added texture and visual appeal. This step is optional, but it adds a nice touch.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.

Notes

Chill the crust before adding the filling for better texture. Use room temperature cream cheese and peanut butter for smoother mixing. Customize the garnish with chocolate syrup, caramel, or crushed pretzels.
