  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt additional butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and let the sauce cook for 3-4 minutes, whisking until it thickens.
  7. Add the chicken and cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss until everything is coated in the creamy garlic Cajun sauce. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley or additional Parmesan cheese and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh tortellini for better texture. Adjust spice levels by modifying the cayenne pepper in the Cajun seasoning. Add a splash of milk or chicken broth if the sauce is too thick.
