Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed)
  • 1 can or jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in chopped artichoke hearts and sautéed spinach until evenly distributed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top of the dip.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

[‘Sautéing spinach prevents the dip from being watery.’, ‘Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.’, ‘Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.’, ‘Let the dip sit for 5-10 minutes after baking for optimal flavor and texture.’]
